You may request a return, refund, or exchange if:
  • You received a different item from the one you ordered.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order to initiate a return.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the item to our provided return address.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you can choose between:
  • A refund for the returned item, or
  • An exchange for the correct/replacement item.
Refunds will be initiated once the returned item has been received and verified by our team.
Please note: Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
